Aiming to create an elevated experience for members of loyalty programmes and communities across Swire’s malls and premises, Swire Properties formed an Experience Design team with us in the 1.5-year project, blueprinting more streamlined one-portal-for-all operation made for value-added and personalized services for cross-tier members of Taikoo+, Citygate Outlets, Cityplaza, and Pacific Place. With each programme incorporating distinctively diverged reward mechanisms and targeting different segments, our challenge was to close the technical gaps between programmes and deliver the revamped unified logic for portals suiting the business needs suited to the brand communication strategy across brands.
