As one of the most premium shopping malls in Hong Kong, Pacific Place is reaching new heights for the CRM-focused mobile app. To upgrade the above and beyond experience, we designed new personalized functions for the mall’s target segments in our UX and UI design in the Agile approach to facilitate earlier product launch and quicker access to elevated experience for Pacific Place’s above members.
