From better engagement to a better D2C eCommerce model

Making way for a more effective D2C marketing

Rather than relying solely on retail partnership to drive sales, Simmons worked with us to revamp its eCommerce to enhance their D2C model. To facilitate the transformation, Simmons has to reroute and integrate the POS & DB setup. Our task was to unify multiple old and new data sources, redesign the interface of the eCommerce site, and on top of that, enrich the UX with VR studio tour content.

Results

  • Successfully implemented a tailored e-store and enabled the D2C model for Simmons within 6 months (already have order on the 1st day of launch)
  • Integrate with POS and comprehensively analyze, unify, and consume product data directly for the e-store to enable data consistency
  • Further incorporate VR to enrich the content and experience
