To encourage new members to use the McDonald’s app more frequently, we collaborated with the famous Golden Arches brand to create a series of retargeting emails. Our goal was to help members develop a habit of using the app regularly. With each scrumptiously designed eDM containing app promo code blasted throughout the month of membership activation, members are secretly guided to get familiarised with the in-app purchase and coupon redemption processes.
