Fidelity was concerned about whether they were in the right direction with regard to the existing website content and structure. Subsequently, we conducted a website audit to access the overall healthiness of the website by analyzing the web traffic data from Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. After having reviewed the web traffics down by the page level, we identified key areas of focus and offered the team the visualization of traffic data. Our findings were proven to be insightful, driving local marketing content workshops for future content development.
