To get a bigger picture of the proposition of post-retirement fund packages and products, Fidelity required a custom-made research tool to identify attributes most appealing to the target segment. Our task was to develop a configurable panel optimized for the iPad screen to test out consumers' preferences on different product prototypes during face-to-face user interviews. Records and actions enabled in the panel were marked as data points used for generating consumer insights to help Fidelity make informed product marketing decisions.
