Ironing out the bumps in brand transitioning

With Chubb acquiring Cigna’s personal accident, supplemental health, and life insurance business in Hong Kong, the existing customers portal, broker portal, client portal, and altruist portal required a revamp to sync up with Chubb’s brand identity. Utilising user-centred design principles, we constructed a more organised, intelligent, and future-proof portal to elevate user experience, making way for a smooth seamless brand transition, for the respective target users.
